I have been taking these for over 6 months now. I can honestly say they are great! I take them for my PCOS and after some research, this supplement was recommended. It has definitely helped me. Great supplement, didn't seem to do anything for the first few months, then with a week's worth left my hair shedding literally stopped, it went from coming out in clumps to what I call normal shedding as in a few hairs in the brush instead of the brush being full, then new hair started to grow, I have very long hair so it was easy to see the new hair growing through, also my eyebrows grew back they had thined to almost nothing, haven't noticed any difference with my nails but I started this supplement for my hair, I'm now on my 4th 3mo th supply and will continue with it.5 star product and has done the job for me 😁
I have been taking HRT for menopause symptoms, has sorted the problems I was having but then I started to have terrible digestive issues, including having difficulty eating even small amounts without feeling full and uncomfortable, also gas and bloating and a constant irritation of the diaphragm. I read that Slippery Elm had been used for centuries by indigenous people for digestive issues so thought I would try it. After a week I felt a lot better, now after two and a half weeks I am more or less back to normal and can eat normally again! I was getting quite stressed as I am active and need to eat regularly but Slippery Elm seems to reset my digestion. Perhaps I will discover other benefits of taking it like the lady who noticed that it helped in her more intimate area. I took her advice about taking it separately from other medication and supplements just in case it interfered with absorption and function, so I take it just before lunch. Now I will have to research the three herbs recommended for menopause symptoms as I know I cannot be on HRT forever because of other long term health problems it can cause. Thank you for your service and good supplements, will definately be continuing with Slippery Elm.
No rubbish no fancy packaging just good clean supplements
I have ordered Magnesium several times now and my sleep and general energy level has improved so much. No rubbish ingredients I have to worry about and yes, they are not the cheapest, but at least I pay for the ingredients I want, not for fillers and added stuff. I also have Vit D3 + K and wouldn't be without it. Nice to deal with a company that holds not only high standards but has integrity.
My husband was diagnosed with a very rare Testicular cancer only 132 cases ever recorded! He had an operation last June then a very small 7mm tumour was found in his lymph node. Chemo and radiotherapy don't work as it is neuro endocrine cancer. We decided to do some research and saw the great reviews here.
