I just wanted to share my experience after a couple of weeks taking Ashwaganda. Prior to taking it I was extremely stressed almost to breaking point due to an awful lot going on in life. I honestly felt close to losing my mind. Having tried antidepressants for years without much success I started to research other more natural options and Ashwaganda looked like it could be a good option for me. I can't believe the clarity in my mind now. I've not felt like this in decades! I have the energy and motivation now to build on this and add healthier eating and exercise which will obviously help too.
I also take the collagen and turmeric which are both as amazing. Oh and so far I've not had any major hay fever symptoms since taking nettle.

This works a treat. If I don't take it I notice sluggishness during the afternoon and I often fall asleep. But taking it every day means I have good energy and I'm getting stuff done. Such a relief to feel energized and up to speed.
I had been taking your Tumeric tablets and my severe arthritis pain just in my thumb joint vertually vanished, I stopped taking it because of cost and wondering if it had helped and boy the pain has come back with a vengeance. I am definitely going back on this supplement again.
I was taking Finasteride for a lot of years and it caused painful Gynaecomastia. Sought the advice of my GP regarding changing to Saw Palmetto as I had read a lot of good things about it. He refused to take any responsibility and referred me to Urology. Typical GP these days! Stopped the Finasteride myself and started Saw Palmetto with great effect after just a short time. Eventually saw the Consultant who said, after examination, that it was most certainly working. Gynaecomastia no more!
Been taking British Supplements for a few months now and have found general all round health has improved. I've suffered with stomach issues, knees and colds and flu and take D3K2, Turmeric, Magnesium and now collagen for hair and nails. I've managed to stop having the omeprazole which I've had to take for years and now have less acid reflux and stomach issues. I’ve been taking the vitD+K2 for a couple of weeks now after a friend recommended vitD for my dry eye which became very irritating when I was tired and during the night. Of course as I already use British supplements products it was only going to be from this company I ordered. have tried various drops (the more natural ones) and the relief provided lasted only minutes. While the condition has not gone completely it has improved beyond all hope! (Even though I sometimes forget to take my daily dose). It’s the first time I’ve had some relief from this annoying condition since it began a couple of years ago.

The best probiotic I ever tried. Having Hashimotos and hypothyroidism, my biggest issue is the constipation. My colleague from work recommended these probiotics and I must say after the 3rd day of using I felt better and it helped me to go regularly. I've been buying from BS for a while now. I thought I'd try the collagen supplement and, although I've only been using it for about a month, I can honestly say that I noticed a difference within a week of using it. I always respond very quickly to natural healing products but I didn't expect to see such noticeable results so quickly. I'm interested to see what long term improvements I see. My skin is much firmer and the few wrinkles I have are less prominent.
