I've been taking these for over a year now, and I can feel the difference, especially with V D3/K2 which is part of my daily stack I used by BSup. Ive been been taking this tumeric now for around a fortnite and although i also take at least 10 or 11 other supplements from this company i think i can say that it has reduced any joint pain already and also seems to be helping me sleep a little more... my life went from pretty miserable in my 40s to feeling pretty much amazing most of the time..i still get tired at times but no where near like before..i take lions mane, collagen, vitd3 with k., turkey tail ,vit c, dandelion, b12, mega magnesium,and plant sterols..i did also take ginseng and ginko but recently stopped to allow for this tumeric..it is expensive but i do not want to go back to how i felt before ..all this along with a good diet has changed my life..sleep most nites 7 or 8 hours where as before i started with this company i had maybe 3 or 4...and rarely get ill either now if ild o get a cold or bug its gone quick ..recommend these people to everyone i know..

Biotin was one of the supplements suggested for improving hair health and condition.
