You have all been asking for black pepper (piperine) in your Turmeric so we have gone one better and are adding an ancient Ayurveda uptake blend to most of our products over the next month. Each product will be 9:1 meaning 9 parts herb and 1 part uptake blend (black pepper 10% Piperine, cumin extract, ginger extract 5%). This will improve our products a lot. What will change? The amount of herb/product won't change that much as we have done 10 so far and they are around about the same amounts. I am not medically trained. I discovered Ashwagandha whilst researching and learning about alternative (ancient) medicine including the traditional system of holistic Indian medicine Ayurveda ( meaning Science of Life).
According to Ayurveda we are all born with 3 doshas or energy patterns that flow around our bodies, governing our thinking and behaviour. To enjoy a balanced mind, body and spirit our unique dosha constitution needs to be in a state of equilibrium, if not we fall ill.
Ashwagandha is one of the herbs (adapdogen) that is particularly good to balance vata dosha (warming quality) but might aggravate pitta dosha in which case might need to be taken with other herbs to balance out its heating qualities.
Also a person with high level of kapha dosha might prefer something lighter.
Above is a very succinct summary of the research I made to help support my own health. I hope it might help others to start searching for their own case.

Was advised and have been using Clean NMN for 3 months and whilst it has made a subtle difference I am defintely reaping the benefits. I don’t feel so lethargic and I may not be bouncing about with extra energy I do feel energised and don’t tire as quickly as I used to. Definitely worth the extra money.
Having had several different brands of Vitamin D3 over the past few years, these are by far on a different level, myself and my wife take these everyday and we have found that we recover so fast from Flu or sore throat etc and overall just feel better. I have recommended these to family and would say give them a try, best on the market.
I have just received my 2nd order of these fantastic little gems. After having my Gallbladder out a good few years ago,I was always suffering with nausea, sickness, bloating etc. These supplements along with milk thistle, nettle leaf, marshmallow help to keep these problems under control, I also use the Vit D3/K2, vit C, B12, Magnesium. The Tumeric is excellent for helping with the inflammation from Inflammatory Osteo Arthritis.I have also just started taking Boswellia, Blueberry, Apple Cider Vinegar so will review them shortly.

After having a two hip operation I have now returned to taking my vitamins and supplements, which have certainly made me feel much better in myself. All the supplements I take I now purchase from British Supplements and I have found them much more effective than other brands which I had previously used. I have been taking them for about 6 weeks so hopefully will feel even better as time goes on. You get excellent delivery from them very quickly too. It is also very easy to place an order. Cholesterol down from 7.1 to 5.8 in six months. LDL/HDL balance now within normal range. That is with some small adjustments to diet to further reduce the amount of saturated fat. Mostly I have been taking just one plant sterol capsule per day which is half the recommended dose. No side effects so I will try the full dose going forward to see if I can get the Cholesterol down further. Highly recommended.
Taken it to help with, what I think is some low T as my labido and some mild ED. Since taking it I’ve noticed my erections are harder and lasting longer. Great help!

Initially I bought these for my husband as he's had horrendous acid reflux for years. Took the usual antacids and was reluctant to take anything stronger. The Slippery Elm is a miracle worker. Absolutely no more acid reflux for him.
Over the last year I've started getting a bit of heartburn when I eat spicy food. One night I was so uncomfortable i took a Slippery Elm. At first it made me burp, then I could feel gurgling and then it all stopped and I was fine. Can't believe it worked so fast.
Also the last time I placed an order it arrived the next day and we're in North East Scotland. Amazing service!!
This is the best magnesium I have had
I took the B12 supplements for 3 months after a blood test showed I had dangerously low B12 levels of 68pmol/L. I had another blood test and after using British Supplements B12 my blood level is now normal at 118pmol/L This product really works. Thank you
