You have all been asking for black pepper (piperine) in your Turmeric so we have gone one better and are adding an ancient Ayurveda uptake blend to most of our products over the next month. Each product will be 9:1 meaning 9 parts herb and 1 part uptake blend (black pepper 10% Piperine, cumin extract, ginger extract 5%). This will improve our products a lot. What will change? The amount of herb/product won't change that much as we have done 10 so far and they are around about the same amounts. We are rolling this out over the next month guys so amounts will vary 10-30mg from what it says on each product page please be aware. Thanks :)

For years I suffered from brain fog or just having difficulty articulating myself like a 'normal' person would. I refused to take the big pharma company products and searched for years to find a solution. By chance a few years back I stumbled on the British Supplements website. I purchased many products from several companies but decided to experiment with the pure quality products from British Supplements. So much so that I purchased around 15 products in totla which was a bit overkill. It took a while to find what worked for me. When I stopped taking Alpha GPC and Mucuna, I had problems articulating myself but my brain fog seem to have been resolved from taking Lion's Mane. I tried Alpha by itself then Mucuna by itself and still my I had issues. A few months back I tried all three and, hey presto! I felt invincible.
My confidence is the highest it's ever been as well as my self-esteem. For years people would look at me funny or assume I was not knowledgable and dismiss any opinion I had. It okay because I'm tougher for it. I no longer hesitate to speak in public or take action on my goals. I'm in love with myself once again and it's all down to Chris and the team at British Supplements.
I also use to drink and found taking these supplents will eventuall get your mind clearer on days I was hungover. It did take a few hours to kick in, but it's better than being mashed for days when you get older.

After 19 days of taking this supplement of which 8 have been on a drunken holiday I am still the same with my going to toilet alot.I finish my trip on Saturday and work away on Sunday on a dry ship.I will post another reviews when I return mid October
I've just started taking these tablets and they have helped to increase my flow of urine and cut out 1 of my nightly visits to the loo.

A visiting friend told me she was taking ginkgo and how much it had cleared her brain fog. I ordered some from BS and in a very short time experienced a tremendous feeling of clarity mentally and strength to do things I haven't managed for a long time. I had also had a second cataract removed. That made such a huge difference after years of waiting. But suddenly I felt I could accomplish projects again with confidence. I take a lot of BS supplements to help my arthritis and adding ginkgo has helped tremendously. So I would recommend it to anyone needing a bit more mental clarity. I have already suggested to several friends that they try it. It's also helped me get a better night's sleep!

This garlic is excellent, I take it to help lower my high blood pressure. I have tried many types of garlic in the past and this is the only one that has not upset me.
I’ve just placed my second order , much cheaper than Benecol yoghurts and have brought cholesterol levels back within normal range in conjunction with omega 3 . Will definitely continue to buy and have recommended to friends and family , excellent product .
I take quite a few different supplements from British Supplements ,all are great. I added Devils claw because I felt I needed a little more help with aching joints and general pain relief. I’m very happy with it no more pain.
