Read the reviews re boswellia as we are advancing in years and increasing stiff. Already take turmeric but thought we’d give boswellia a try. Been taking it over a month now and we both definitely feel less achey and stiff on our joints.

I have been buying turmeric with bioperine from a supplement supplier for some years now as a precaution against inflammation so when I injured my Achilles tendon I expected a speedy resolution given that inflammation is often a contributory factor. After seven weeks with no noticeable improvement I ordered the same from British-supplements and started taking two tablets a day, one with breakfast and one with lunch. After three days all pain has gone and I can walk normally. Furthermore, my home-based blood pressure recordings, which had been quite erratic, seem to have settled down to a fairly regular “Normal”, so I am quite pleased to have switched suppliers.

I was diagnosed with an under active thyroid a couple of years ago, and hated the thought that I had to be on synthetic medication for the rest of my life.
