I got these supplements for a friend whos PSA was on the high side at 3.5 and he wantedto get it down....After taking these supplements as well as another supplement called Nettle Root for about two months his PSA is now down to just over 2. 4 ... He hasn't finished the three month supply yet. He has also combined these supplements with a Keto/carnivore diet, cutting down on carbs and sugars. He is very pleased with the results and I ordered another three months of the Saw Palmetto supplement. + the Nettle Root for him. They seem yto be working well for him and if this inspires anyone else with this problem, then I think that's a result. Recommended.
After taking lions mane and rhodiola for a few months, I stopped for a month and couldn’t wait to start taking again as I noticed my mood wasn’t as positive so I do trust the product
I’ll start by stating that we are on a very tight budget which means we can’t always afford to get what we need?! However, the side effect of this is that when we stop taking the supplements from BS, we really notice the difference! After an enforced break from the Lions Mane, B12 and D3+K2, the drop in the way we felt was very noticeable?! My wife and I both have major health issues, severe pain for my wife and prostate cancer, gall bladder issues and heart failure for me, and both very low as a result! The difference with regular intake of the supplements mentioned was very positive and uplifting and surprised us both!! The quality of the ingredients, the professionalism and care shown by the team at BS are all very much to their credit and they deserve to be more widely recognised!! We wish them well and hope their battle against huge odds is successful!! Good luck team BS!!!

Difficult to review this one BUT I am positive it helps. I work with the general public who constantly come too close with sniffles, colds, coughs. I have been lucky enough to avoid them so far (long may it continue), there was a moment when I had got a bit run down after sleep deficit and had a slight sore throat for a couple of days and thought I was going down with something but was absolutely fine. People I work with have been dropping like flies, I'm always telling them to up their VitD!!
We have both been taking this over the last 3 months and find it is helping with our sleep. I only use now and again after a busy day and I struggle to "switch off". It does help to calm the mind if we have had a stressful day.
I've been suffering with perimenopausol symptoms for quite some time now.
