Easy to swallow the magnesium is of good quality and I shall be purchasing again. Also buying from a British company is very important to me.
I’m taking these as I’m going through the menopause, can’t deny I have seen a little benefit of taking them. I also have Maca capsules, the hot sweats are less , just feel it maybe need one more to hopefully stop the sweats altogether , which capsule I don’t know .

This product is a wonder! I knew that stinging nettle extract was good for 'noses', hay fever, allergy triggered sneezing, blocked noses etc, even a tight upper chest, but I was amazed at this product. I was fully expecting to have to take the capsules for at least a fortnight or longer before noticing a change, but within 15 minutes of my first dose, I noticed a difference. My nose unblocked, my head felt lighter. Since then, my sneezing fits have reduced radically. The hay fever season is fading now with autumn approaching but it still helps with other sneezing triggers and I have high hopes that next years hay fever season will be a non event for me! Try it!
I started taking Mega Magnesium a few months ago to aid sleep. They ran out and I thought I would be ok. But after a week of terrible sleep I started taking them again. Sleep restored and I feel human again.
Lately ,we have been taking this magnesium glycinate before to sleep and it has been great help. We are not young anymore and at times going through the night has been difficult, always waking up at one point during midnight. We have been sleeping peacefully.
