I have been taking plant sterols for a couple of years now along side my statins but have been reducing my statins each year after blood test shows no change , just had bloods done and my good cholesterol has gone up 0.3 and bad cholesterol has come down 0.3 and I was only on 4 statins per week (20mg) now reduced to 3 per week .
Hopefully I will be able to eliminate the statins for good but doing it gradually.

Years of running and cycling injuries are catching up, so I am finding that this vegetarian glucosamine eases the pain and seems to lubricate the joints, plus it has no animal ingredients or other rubbish fillers. Highly recommended.

I was advised to take Blueberry extract with the Clean Vitamin B complex as the two compliment each other. It was only after the first month that I noticed a review which suggested that the antioxidant effect can help with eye floaters (debris in the eyes vision). Having had this issue for many years and believing it was permanent I realised that, although I still have them, there's a big improvement in the severity and quantity. It's only taken a month! ...I've ordered 3 months supply now and wonder if I will experience further improvement...
