This is now added to my daily list of vitamins that include magnesium g, boswellia, lions mane and blueberry. I used to just take D but decided I’d try D+C together. I’m convinced that BS provides the best quality supplements on the market and wouldn’t go anywhere else. All I can say is I’ve been taking a similar mix for a few years now and managed to ward off coughs and colds when the rest of the family is loaded with it. I’d also say that my energy levels and stamina are pretty good too. My fridge box is looking pretty packed now.

Since starting to use Vitamins D3 + K2 a couple of months ago I have found an improvement in my general health especially in managing my Calcium levels as they have been a little high in the past.

Obviously I can’t prove that I’m a real person but can you prove that you have actually tried any of these products Keith? For all anyone knows you might be part of the conspiracy to undermine this company who have helped a lot of people including me. Can you please tell me which healthy foods will cure IBS or arthritis? If people wish to take supplements for health it’s their personal decision and if the supplements don’t work then they will stop buying them.
I took a 2 week break from the collagen and within a few days my scalp psoriasis flared up. Came back on to the collagen and the scalp itching has almost stopped and the psoriasis flare up has calmed down a lot. Needless to say, the rate at which my nails and hair is growing is just phenomenal - I am constantly having to re-tint my roots and cut my nails every 2 weeks.
