I suffer with Prostatitis which I have suffered with for over 40 years. I have been taking Saw palmetto for nearly as long. I have tried just about everything too combat insomnia. I have suffered from disturbed sleep for 4 decades now and nothing, including CBT-i, sleeping tablets, lavender, valerian etc etc, had helped.
Until someone recommended this company and their magnesium to me. I ordered the minimum amount as a one off purchase as I was sceptical. My sleep was improved almost instantly. I had made some other changes in my life so still want convinced and left it for a while after I ran out. After a return of 3 weeks of terrible sleep, I decided to place another order and lo and behold my sleep yet again is vastly improved. I will definitely continue to use this product, thank you!
The jury is still out on the Tonka supplement, my advice would be to take it immediately after a good meal if your stomach is a little sensitive or even if it isn't.
Ive been using Vit D3 10,000 iu since Gawd was a boy and 90% of the time bought X Chris @ British Supplements. The only time I deviated was when there was a slightly cheaper (but 2 a day ) advertised on ebay, however doing the math it was still more sensible to use British Supplements 1 a day formulae than AN others 2 a day. I will stick with British Supplements. Thank you
A truly honest company at last ! Ive used the B12 supplements for a few years now and wouldn't be without them. I used Boots previously but still suffered with mouth ulcers, brain fog and other symptoms of deficiency. When I checked the amount of B12 in their product it was next to nothing ! I’ve been taking just one Boswellia capsule a day for about 18 months and it’s made a big difference to my arthritic thumbs! They used to wake me up in the night but not any more. If you have painful joints I would really recommend you give this a try.
