Starting taking supplements from BS few months ago.
Vit D + K2, Vit B, and now mega magnesium. My energy levels have vastly improved, no fatigue at end of day, no colds from all the people who have had them around me. Also I suffer from restless legs and the magnesium has improved this too. Have ordered Mucuna and Marshmallow for my son as he suffers with his stomach so will let you know on that.

I took zinc to help with Covid RECOVERY as I got told by someone that it really deplete your zinc levels. I haven’t been taking it religiously but my family were ill and I was going through a bereavement so thought that my immune system might be lower. I took a large dose of zinc for about a week and my illness has very much felt like it has been local to my head and neck rather than a systemic illness. I was born prematurely and have problems with my lungs so it has moved to my larynx and slightly to my chest, but I have no fatigue. I think if someone had no issues with their lungs. They would have had such a light cold after taking a high dose of zinc for a few days when the risk was high and then when there was a tiny tickle in my throat.

I started taking marine collagen 2.5 years ago after suffering with bad nails and hair loss from cancer medication (thanks big pharma!). There wasn't much improvement from them so switched to buying from BS 3-6 months ago as I buy other supplements from them and can see the difference already. I have tried a lot of supplements from a wide range of companies it wasn’t until I tried your products that I realised that I was being ripped off
After using your products( a couple of months) I could feel a difference in how I felt and performed in the gym

I have been using the clean hydrolyzed collagen from BS for 4 months now. I am 54 yes, 3/4 years into menopause, no HRT and have found the collagen has helped with my skin, nails, hair, also the arthritis in my knees is not so bad. I'm also hoping it can help with bone density.
I have no wrinkles around my eyes or on my forehead and my skin always looks fresh. Excellent product 👍
I have been taking Zinc, the last vitamin I purchased I added these to go with collagen biotin Vit C. Silica For my hair and nails they have worked wonders. I also take D3 K2 Magnesium Theonate B12 and blueberry. I feel full of energy I am 76 and feel great. The blueberry has definitely made a difference to my eye floaters and B12 is my wonder pill. I am going to try Tumeric next. I am happy with British Supplements and wouldn't purchase from anywhere else So glad my Son recommended them
