I’ve only just started taking ginkgo biloba , as I’ve been taking lions mane and realised I should be taking Ginko biloba. My brain has,nt been right since my husband passed away . It’s like my brain is in my feet not my head. My head has been fuzzy, and I’m forgetful. So I’m giving both supplements. I take quite a lot of British supplements and wouldn’t want any other. As there is no fillers in them.

I ordered Lionsmane, have been using this for around 6 months and have noticed an improvement in sleep and mood, which in turn has increased my focus at work. I can’t say whether this focus can be directly attributed to the Lionsmane as research suggests, or whether this is due to better rest. Either way, these work for me and will continue to use. They did make me sleepy and foggy headed at first, it takes a week or so to get used to them. Play around with the time of day you take them, I take in the evening when I know I won’t be driving again until the next day.

I’ve tried vitamins and minerals in the past and never really felt much difference. However, I started taking this blend from BS to help with sleep and it works really well. I haven’t had any issues getting to sleep since the first day I started taking it.

I’ve been taking BS’s Boswellia for about two years now and it makes a huge difference to my pain.Neuropathy is a very painful condition and I also used to take turmeric which helped as well. unfortunately blood thinners now prevent me from taking the turmeric but I do find the Boswellia on its own does provide a good level of pain relief for this condition. I’ve been buying supplements from BS for a number of years now and have always been very happy with the products, pricing and delivery.
