Started taking b12 after coming off omperzole, as you can't absorb vitamins the same as they need some acid to help absorb them. Have loads more energy so working well. Brilliant company always fast delivery.

I’ve been ordering from BS for a while now and always found these supplements to be of the highest quality, but I wanted to write about the red clover supplement in particular as it made a huge difference from the first time I took it. Being a woman of ‘that age’ I was suffering from constant hot flushes and generally overheating all the time. This was also disturbing my sleep. These supplements have made a huge difference.
