I tried the saw palmetto having suffered BPH symptoms such as bladder pain, getting up in the night and urgency. Within a couple of days this stuff really made a difference to the extent that I have stopped having to get up in the night and lost the discomfort. Given that I’ve had symptoms for a few months now to varying degrees, I can’t put the relief I’ve had to any other reason except that this supplement is working for me.

I'm 52 and perimenopausal, over the past 5 years I've constantly had a cupboard full of expensive supplements ranging from purchases at high street stores to pricey online companies, all claiming relief from hot flushes, mood swings, fatigue, headaches, brain fog, muscle aches etc the list goes on! I though the more expensive the brand, the most extensive advertising and flashy pots and labels- claims by popular celebrities etc I was on the right track.How wrong was I.
