Ive tried many on the market products and they do, to a small degree, work. But I was always surprised that the supplement was at the end of the ingredient list. When in actual fact it was supposed to be the main ingredient to the product. Not so with British supplements there is no talcum powder added there is no silicon dioxide added. There is no, well, let’s be fair crap added to these products and they work a lot quicker.
I’ve been using the turmeric, vitamin C glutamine and many other of their products and found them to work quickly, effectively with no nasty side effects. They may not be the cheapest, but how much is your health worth? It’s one of the best companies if not The best company supplying good quality crap free supplementation

My son said that Lions Mane is really good for blood sugar,so I tryed it 500mg I only took one and it lowered it too low, so I need to reduce my intake?I also take Berberine so it might be cause I take both?but Berberine on its own doesn’t really lower it that much?so will take a lower dose,but we are all different so be careful what you mix with what but just finding my feet here.Love all the others I take.

Due to current health and age issues thought I would try these but only on a reduced dose due to some medication I need to take daily. The reason I purchased was basically for ligaments and tendons they were getting stiff and painful in some joints, again due to some treatments I have had to undergo in the last 5 years to survive. I was both amazed and surprised at how affective the one tablet was so with that in mind I would recommend these without hesitation to others who are suffering with health issues but do check the suitability if on medication from others.

In January this year my overall cholesterol was 7.8. I started taking plant sterols at the beginning of July and then had my cholesterol checked again mid September. My overall levels have reduced to 6.9. I am impressed enough to continue and will check again in another 6 months

I’ve only been taking this for a week, so a little early to make a comment on it…but on opening the packet, I was pleased to smell the contents..very strong Turmeric!…much much stronger than my last product…also your advice to use a spoon to remove capsules from packet because of staining…..I am using your MSM& Boswellia for long standing nerve pain..and after trying numerous other products& therapies to relieve pain…I can honestly..yours are a miracle…Thankyou..

Clean British Vitamins are the best vitamins on the market in my opinion. I have been taking the above for a few years and found that they have helped keep cold, flu and chest infections away.
