You have all been asking for black pepper (piperine) in your Turmeric so we have gone one better and are adding an ancient Ayurveda uptake blend to most of our products over the next month. Each product will be 9:1 meaning 9 parts herb and 1 part uptake blend (black pepper 10% Piperine, cumin extract, ginger extract 5%). This will improve our products a lot. What will change? The amount of herb/product won't change that much as we have done 10 so far and they are around about the same amounts. Brilliant stuff give it a try feel great an focus better
I used to suffer really badly from tics and twitching, mainly around the face. Some years ago, I was prescribed Haloperidol by the doctor to alleviate this situation and it worked very well. My ailments were gone within a few weeks. The problem was , I really don't like taking pharmaceuticals as the process involves ingesting chemicals, which I am fundamentally against as they can cause side effects. This can lead to other ailments. I decided instead therefore to try Macuna as a natural remedy. At first I found that it alleviated my tics to some extent, but not entirely. I therefore increased the dose and I have now found that my tics seem to have gone completely. As with all the products from British Supplements, I have no reason to be anything other than impressed to date. Long may the relationship continue.
I struggled with menopause sleep waking up every 2 hours thought I would try magnesium as I was told at my age it’s something I should take, absolutely brilliant it took me a lot of research to realise some supplements are not what they seem so I tried British supplements, so glad I did my sleep is now back to normal I don’t wake in the night and I know the supplements I’m taking have nothing nasty in them . This is a brilliant supplement! Definitely notice an increase in focus and alertness. Well worth the money. Don’t take before bed - the only time I did (because I’d forgotten to take it during the day), I was awake all night and completely awake as well.

I’ve suffered with chronic pain in my leg and ankle for many years and taken prescribed pain relief for ever. 2 years ago I started suffering severe pain in my knees which was diagnosed as osteoarthritis and more pain relief prescribed. The pain was seriously affecting my life as I’ve previously always managed to live with pain,this was different. My daughter had been asking me to try your products. (She has used various of your products for years and would not be without them). She brought me a pack of Boswella which sat on my table for a month os so. One day I decided anything was worth a try if it could help me. After taking the tablets for a month I noticed a difference (I only take one a day as taking 2 made me feel sick) She ordered me a second supply and was pleased that I was using them. She was even more pleased to see that I had gone on line and ordered the next supply myself. I honestly cannot believe the difference that Boswella has made to my life. Before taking Boswella my knees were painful 24/7 I Struggled with stairs and getting in and out of cars and I was taking painkillers every 4-6 hours besides applying gels. Now they only “complain” after I’ve been on a walk. I feel confident using stairs etc and I’m not waking through the night. I would not hesitate to recommend Boswella to anyone suffering joint pain.
