I don't normally do reviews. It's taken me a long time to do this first one. When I first stumbled across BS, there were so many things I wanted to try but couldn't afford. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for, and there's a lot more than just clean supplements. My first order went through and I'd forgotten to add something, I messaged to ask if I could add it on to save on postage, the kind reply I got from Chris was, it's fine, I've put it in with your order at no charge 😇 Also, delivery is always 1-2 days. What's not to love about this company 😊

I've been at my wits end with my hair falling out so badly it's thinned and the quality it's not good I am going through menopause so I've been told by everyone it's your age which has made me very upset because I think it's just an excuse from doctors ...just blame it on your age .
I have other supplements from British supplements and they helped me no end , but for me this biotin was a game changer after just a week my hair STOPPED falling out as rapidly as it was I was so shocked but extremely happy, and I'm hoping the quality will come back as well.

Heard about the benefits of the globe artichoke with the active ingredient cynarin combined with milk thistle, active ingredient silymarin, not only for general health and well-being, but that these two ingredients combined help to cleanse, purify, and regenerate the liver. Apparently the liver and your general metabolism is very efficient in our youth, but can deteriorate over time trying to cope with all the toxins in the soil, food chemicals, and even in the air we breathe. So the article recommended this combination, and of course it’s own very expensive supplement, so I looked it up on your site, Chris, and brilliant! you have them. So ordered two months supply of each for me and also for my husband. So far so good, as it is also recommended to reduce the hard to get rid of midrif spare tyre. Well, the first couple of days literally cleansed the system!, and we have both felt a lot more energy and can do more without tiring so quickly, so I think the metabolism must be getting more efficient and it might be my imagination, but the spare tyre seems to be diminishing as well….so thank you very much indeed for supplying these marvellous and essentially clean supplements.

I am giving these Lion Mane supplements more time before I do a review about them. But all the supplements I buy from Chris are always good!

I have these supplements to be of good quality and at a good price. They are what they say they are and contain what they should do.

I take one tablet twice a day. I'm noticing strength gains already, and on my speed training, recovery between sets is getting quicker. No experiencing any upset stomach. Price was good, and delivery prompt. The creatine arrived well packaged

I do feel that this product helps with joint care. I really like the fact this is a clean product and based in the UK. Please support our home grown companies.

Decided to go for the reduced strength D3 and K2 blend this time but have to say its worked for me by keeping me less susceptible to those damn colds and other viruses. Think trying the smaller dose will blend better with the othe supplements im taking - Berberine, collagen, Turmeric

I bought Macuna for my husband and feel confident it will do him good. However, it’s early days so cannot verify any positive effect as yet. We take a number of other BS supplements and will continue to do so as they are truly clean. I have recommended BS to several friends now and ward them off cheap nasty alternatives. Second time taking Mega-Mag and can honestly say the difference in my sleep pattern is incredible. Don’t have the restless jittery legs in bed anymore and my sleep as increased beyond amazement! Now going into a deep sleep rather than light and not waking up every half hour like before. Generally 5 hours deep sleep now instead of 1-2 haven’t changed anything in my diet or exercise routine just the addition of magnesium would highly reccommend this to anyone suffering similar problems and also going through the menopause - thanks again Chris for your continued efforts in a world of being silenced by big Pharma companies! 🙏

I've bought several supplements over the past few years for both myself and my husband as, like Chris, we don't like pumping our bodies full of chemicals with various medications if we can help it. I bought these to replace the B12 I was already taking, and to take alongside the probiotics as I read that various B vitamins help increase the effectiveness of probiotics. I suffer with diverticulitis and was hoping that increasing my gut biome may help control some of the symptoms. Within 3/4 days I my digestive symptoms felt calmer and more comfortable. Not sure whether the B vits. are necessary but certainly things have improved at the moment. Fingers crossed it continues this way.
