I began having 'brain fog' and sometimes forgetting names of things which caused much worry. I investigated the possible benefits of taking Lions Mane to improve the issue. 6 months of taking plant sterols after a blood test appeared to indicate necessity for prescribed statins, the latest results are going the right way, with no side effects! I really don’t want to take statins if I can possibly help it, after seeing the detrimental side effects on my husband. Hopefully continued plant sterols from British Supplements will continue to help with this.

My husband had very high PSA levels due to an enlarged prostate. The G.P prescribed

I ordered MSM after reading an email Chris had sent about it, I suffer excruciating joint pain and have done since cancer treatment 11.5 years ago. I've only been taking it for around 10 days but I can feel a difference already. The pain is less. Very slowly less but if I'm feeling this after 10 days I can't wait to see how I feel over the coming months. I don't want to be reliant on high doses of big pharma pain killers , that come with their own side affects that you need even more meds for to counteract .. BS are brilliant as always.
