Honestly, there have been a few that have disagreed with me but I found that introducing them again at a later date worked (especially if you a re new to supplements like I was). Sometimes perseverance is key.
These supplements on the whole are not expensive when they perform so well. The proof is in the reviews. Your health is priceless.

I have been taking marine collagen for over 3 months easily now. Purchased to help with arthritis in my shoulder (I'm waiting for hospital to sort out an injection). It has definitely helped reduce the pain and I'm staying on it!

I’ve been using vitamin D&K about 3 month. I am very invested in my health and always feel pretty good, and I’d heard so much about British supplements I needed to give it a go. I have osteoarthritis, asthma and diabetes, I take a lot of supplements from BS for various problems. I’ve been taking bit D3 and K2 for a while now. I stopped taking it for various reasons for a few months and realised that without it I felt my health and immune system weren’t as good so started taking it again and felt the difference after a week or so. I would recommend taking it especially during the winter months to keep your immune system in good condition.
