from 36491 reviewsGood to start the Q10 to reduce muscle spasm and regain an upright posture. Have stopped Atorvastatin after months of muscle pain.

I've been taking omega 3, B12, D3+K2, D, for a long time now. Whilst I haven't noticed anything dramatic, I have noticed I don't seem to get ill as much. I recently added zinc and suddenly feel like I have more energy. On my regular walk in a morning, I am feeling the urge to run... very strange but welcomed.

Thank you for producing clean healthy vitamins.I had general blood test which showed I had low vit D.I purchased clean genuine D3 + K2.After taking them for about 3 weeks I had another blood test which showed it was back to normal levels.I will continue to take them especially as we are coming into winter and less sunlight.
British Supplements are great to order from.Great service.Products are very quickly, sometimes the next day. This is my go to company for vitamins that are clean, healthy and work for you.Thank you.Keep up the good work.

I have arthritis in my thumb joint. There have been times in the past where it has been really painful. However since taking one a day of these Turmeric capsules the pain has substantially subsided. I’m intending to take them forever!

Always happy with product s and delivery. Feel better after 2 weeks of taking them .Would buy again

Since taking this, a lot of my aches and pains have reduced, thank you

I recently bought a month's supply of the triple magnesium on the recommendation of my massage therapist which she suggested could help my muscle cramps. As I'm on other GP prescribed medication I took these into the local pharmacy to check there was nothing which would be incompatible with my other prescriptions. After reading the info on the packet the pharmacist was so impressed with the product she made a note of the details saying it looked a really good product and the best of its kind she'd seen.

Started taking these a while ago definitely worthwhile. Hair and nails improved

Best company out there. No fillers or bulking agents. If you are buying from Holland and Barret read the labels of course it’s cheap it’s absolutely rubbish.

I have severe arthritis in my feet and ankles which can be very painful. I have not found any pharma painkiller that helps. As a longtime customer of British Supplements I ordered Chondroitin and I am so glad I did. Within a few days of taking these I had very little pain. I have been using them now for a few months and they work so well for me and I really feel it if I forget to take them. I thought they were worth a try and they have proved to be very effective in my case.

I started taking Mega Magnesium after experiencing leg cramps in bed. Cramps no more!
Then I got tingling in fingers and toes, B12 every morning, tingling almost gone!
I have had very swollen wrists for several years, too much driving, using an office mouse, was so painful was contemplating surgery. Then I read about turmeric. Bought some, after the first capsule the pain disappeared after a few hours. I cannot believe it, your products are simply brilliant thank you

I switched to British supplements after listening to a podcast from a nutritionist who touched on over marketing/underperformance of some supplements brands. I read about British supplements and decided to give them a try as I loved the ethos behind the brand. I have purchased 3 times now and am delighted.

I have my own daily regime, I could do it all with British supplements however I’m using up some of the other products I have and as they need replacing, I will use British supplements.
But on the whole I prefer to use British supplements.
In the last 12 months I’ve been in a car crash had bone breaks and also had breast cancer involving surgery and was on a lot of painkillers and radiotherapy.
In the last few months, I have just relied on my supplements and feel so much better not using big pharma to mask my and cause other side effects.
So it is cost-effective I always order three month supply and my friend and I divide it in half therefore paying half each to keep the cost down.
Because we’re also almost getting that free month by ordering three months at a time.
Here is the Regime I use
• Fibromyalgia support → easing fatigue, pain, muscle tension, brain fog.
• Mitochondrial energy & cell repair → CoQ10, B vitamins, NAD⁺ support (niacin, methylfolate, fisetin).
• Anti-inflammatory & antioxidant protection → krill oil, fisetin, turkey tail, moringa, protein skin complex.
• Nervous system balance & sleep → magnesium (triple blend + L-threonate), zinc.
• Immune & hormonal support → vitamin D3 + K2, selenium, iodine, turkey tail.
• Skin and healthy ageing → protein melanin/skin support complex, fisetin, krill oil, vitamin D3/K2.
So in simple words: this regime is designed to boost energy, reduce inflammation and pain, support brain clarity, calm muscles, strengthen immunity, and slow ageing effects — all very relevant to fibromyalgia, fatigue, and overall resilience.

Been using British supplements for quite a while now.I can't remember the last time I had a cold /flu and I put it down to the quality of these products ,I also use there vitaminD with k2 amongst other supplements. I wouldn't even try anywhere else as I know these are the highest quality and they work .I recommend to every one.I love the no nonsense approach ,keep up the great work .
