Started taking this before an operation to help my immune system, also because I wouldn’t be getting out much afterwards so may be lacking in Vit D as a result. I’m through the op, healing well. I’ll keep taking this supplement as well as others from British Supplements, I trust them and I can honestly say I feel so much better than I have done for years since switching to their products

I take 8 different vitamins daily so does my husband we wouldn't be without them so much so we took 3 weeks worth of vitamins with us to Italy and Greece in extremely hot weather we purchased several dosette boxes which enabled us to put our daily doses in for each day, (it does say on the packaging to keep in the fridge so I was worried that they might spoil the 27/30 degrees heat) we were travelling around for the first week via train we kept them in our backpack in a air conditioned environment whilst travelling then straight into the hotel fridge when we arrived, thankfully they didn’t melt they looked as good as they did before we left, we’re going to new Zealand new year we will be taking four weeks with us then. We went all through last winter without catching a cold my husband always developed a awful cough every new year this year he never had one I’m convinced it’s the Lungwort he started taking several months earlier, we both sleep so much better after taking Magnesium too.

Clean Vitamin C from BS has kept colds at bay and it makes such a difference when flying. I always ended up with cold like symptoms when arriving at my destination.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this company British Supplements, the team and the products deserve the acknowledgment. I am very sensitive to anything new in my system so I am building up slowly. And that’s why I have taken a while to leave a review.

I honestly looked at so many different companies and their products all of which I came across contained fillers, and binders to some degree, I found it all very frustrating after weeks of searching, I felt like giving up! I then came across British Supplements after searching for the best products with no fillers, no binders and after all the reviews I read, I decided to give them ago!

At first I was a bit overwhelmed with all the choices of available products as I was experiencing a stressful time at work which impacted my hormones, along with aged mid-forties and potentially going into perimenopause stage, stress can quickly knock out of balance female hormones in this sensitive stage.
I contacted British Supplements to explain and seek guidance on which supplements, and the same morning I received a response which was very supportive and understanding, although they can’t advise I was supplied with a product ‘stacks list’ which you can look up your ‘symptoms’, requirements etc this list was really useful.

I ordered Vitamin D3&k2 and Magnesium L-threonate for myself and 5-HTP for friend who is going through anxiety/depression who I believed would benefit from it. I am very sensitive anything new in my system so I am building up slowly. And that’s why I have taken a while to leave a review. Wow! is what I can say to the Magnesium L-threonate the first night I took it I could feel the effects and benefits I slept for nearly 6 hours, 2 hours more than an average night. I slept much better, waking by up feeling very relaxed and much calmer. This product is genuine and pure. The same for the vitamin D3& K2 a genuine product at the highest grade and dose. The 5HTP taken by my friend has stated they are feeling the positive effects including feeling calmer and brighter outlook.

Then you realise how good (and clean) British Supplements are.
I’ve been diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis and have a lot of calcium deposits forming around my skeleton.
After much research I’ve settled on D3+K2 alongside magnesium for sleep, turmeric for inflammation, ashwagandha for calm.
As a combination (and not investing in poorly made and bulked out pills) I’m feeling better rested and more positive on this health journey.
