from 36692 reviewsBeen taking this supplement for a while now and I can clearly see and feel this difference, more energy better sleep and feel on point all the time, can feel the difference when I stop using it for a few days

Arrived on time, no problems. Been with British Supplements for a good few years, this was another repeat order so that says it all! May appear expensive, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn’t buy elsewhere. I mean who in their right minds want to pay for fillers?

I started taking 5HTP to try and help with some of my menopause symptoms including insomnia.
Not only did they help with this, my anxiety decreased dramatically.
I have now been taking these nearly a year and are a non-negotiable supplement.
Highly recommended.

I take these for arthritis. They really help with easing the joints and reducing pain.

Excellent products tried numerous other supplier s none come near the quality of British supplements

Well all I can say there seems to be less shedding and my hair feels much thicker
than it has done for months, I always have had a thick head of hair and when it started to shed and when washed lots of hair was in The shower base it was actually frightening. Hopefully it is on the way back. Thanks BS. M

Best thing I ever bought i have been bothered for the last couple of years with bad catarrh especially when wakening in the morning I now faithfully take amongst other supplements LUNGWORT would recommend to anyone & everyone it has also stopped the morning cough thanks to Chris I am very happy.

I have been buying from British Supplements for some time now and I use several supplements including mushrooms, vitamins, collagen, omega; to name a few! The only downside to this company is that I want to try it all and my bank balance won’t allow me to! Excellent company! I won’t go anywhere else.

Great quality supplements - worth every penny and more so, peace of mind

“I’m very pleased with the vitamin C tablets I purchased. They’re easy to swallow and have no unpleasant taste. I always keep some on hand at this time of year, and as soon as I feel a cold coming on, I start taking one each morning. It really seems to help, I might still get a few sniffles, but the worst of the cold stays away.”

Excellent product, I’m quite sensitive but have no problems at all with their products

We started taking NAC 2-3 weeks ago as we both suffer with catarrgh and sinus problems. I also have mild asthma for which I use a steroid preventer aerosol which I have reduced to one puff a day. I will try not taking any and see what happens. I can't believe NAC is so good.

I've been a lifelong vitamins and supplements gall and started using Clean Collagen from British supplements about 5/6 years ago after my dermatologist recommended both the product and the company. Since then I've added magnesium l'threonate (again recommended by another friend for both product and company). I've slowly started to move from my usual vitamin supplier to British Supplements over the years and now also include Vit D3 +K2, Lions Mane, Zinc, and now Vit B complex.
I've noticed that for my age (44), compared to my peers, I generally can report thicker, stronger hair and nails, glowing skin, more regulated moods and sleep. Higher concentration and am very very rarely poorly. My body recovers fast from exercise and injuries and my more debilitating symptoms of ADHD are more manageable. If I skip a couple of days, I notice the difference, and certainly feel so much better for taking them
When I added the D3+ K2 and zinc into my mornings, I did notice I was experiencing mild nausea very soon after (I don't generally eat until midday, so an empty stomach may have been a factor, although the nausea was not previously experienced), and with a spot of research I made some changes to when I took what supplements, strategising which supplement worked better with another and when. So now, my daily dose is split into two and no more nausea.
All in all, I would (and do) thoroughly recommend British Supplements.

I was recommended these as my cholesterol is on the high side but with taking prescription medication following breast cancer I didn’t want to take anything that increased my general aches I get from the medication and so far so good.

I work night shifts and I train during the day, I heard a lot of good things about magnesium; muscle function and help with sleep quality. I decided to try it and of course the only place I’m getting supplements from is these guys! I’m definitely getting extra sleep taking magnesium glycinate and I haven’t had any side effects at all :) I’m sold!
