Ive been using british supplements for some time the d3 an k2 help protect me from colds and flu zinc to boost immune system and recently started mega magnesium up to 2019 i worked nights and my body clock is totally messed up i hadn.t slept right in years . I have been buying British Supplements for around 2 years now. I started off with Collagen for my hair and nails. My hair is really thick now. I then started taking Biotin and Silica for my nails. I have been taking BS NAC for several years due to having asthma and COPD. I have found that it is incredible at helping to relieve and release mucus from my chest on a daily basis but it becomes a powerhouse when I have a chest infection, quickly and easily releasing the mucus and making it so much easier to breathe. I’ve found that since taking NAC along with BS vitamin D3+K2, vitamin C and Zinc my overall immune system has improved and I very rarely get ill.
