My husband has been taking these capsules for almost three months for hormone induced sweats. He has noted that they have diminished in intensity and over time, also number, though, I have to say that it is possible that the number of sweats may have lessened for a different reason and I would not speak for what another may experience. I noted that he has a lightness of spirit, a definite sparkle and has more clarity and speed of thought: so much so, that I have ordered more of the sage capsules for myself. Although I have not been taking them for as long, I am also noticing a ‘lightness’ of feeling and thought which is difficult to define, but, which is definitely there and I shall also continue to take this suppliment. I bought this supplement three months ago on the recommendation of a friend using it. I have spinal stenosis and also need a new knee. I am controlling the pain in my back by doing exercises recommended by a physiotherapist. My knee however, was another matter. Lots of pain when walking meaning I was not going out much. After 3 months taking 2 capsules a day I can hardly believe the difference. My knee pain has subsided to a manageable level and am walking much more easily now. I haven’t wanted to have a knee replacement as I am afraid the epidural will trigger my spinal stenosis. As I feel at the moment I don’t think I will need the knee replacement. Another positive is the loose skin which looked like crumpled crepe at the top of my arms is now firming up. At 83 years old I am extremely happy about that. Much better than Holland & Barrett magnesium and also in a better form. I was worried that I'd get ill from the capsules like I usually do but I didn't meaning they must use some different ingredients.
