Been taking mega mag and B12 for a few weeks to help with restless leg syndrome and they help massively.
Also using clean Berberine for high cholesterol but not had a blood test just yet to give any results.

I take, Mega Magnesium, Zinc, B12, Vitamins D3 and K2, Turmeric daily. Everyone seems to have a cold or other ailment. As yet I have been clear for a long while now. Now what could I put that down to.

I have been taking Slippery Elm for some months now, I was diagnosed with a hiatus hernia and had terrible acid reflux especially at night in bed, these golden capsules have helped with that as i very rarely have acid attacks now. Highly recommend.
I've taken D3 + K2 for several years (from different suppliers), but found it progressively difficult to buy an effective strength dose over-the counter.
Was hit by cancer in 2023, which damaged & weakened my bones & was offered Denosumab medication to combat this.
After reading the possible side-effects, I decided to decline & carry on with the vitamins only approach - keen to take as few drugs as possible (apart from my targeted treatment).
After more searching for a high dose that could be taken long-term, I found the 5,700IU tablets from Brit. Sups. Although more expensive than some, I'm happy to pay the extra cost for a more pure & seemingly effective product.

Everything about them is decent.
I have been taking these for about 4 months now, I take vitamin D3 K2, red clover, macca, turmeric, and mega magnesium for my hormones and energy levels. I suffer from fibromyalgia and was in a really bad condition with it sometimes even bed ridden for days. After being on these supplements I have seen a big increase in my energy levels and a balance in my hormones. One time I even missed taking these vitamins for about a weak and my energy levels dipped so they definitely are doing the job they are supposed to. That means I will be taking them for life!
