A blood test earlier this year showed my cholesterol was higher than it should be apparently! Since then I have been urged to take sterols. Having done some research and have refused statins. Despite signing a form (twice) to say I refuse statins. More research done and decided to try plant sterols. Five weeks in and no problems. I am due another blood test soon and that will tell me if the capsules are doing there job.

Most definitively yes! I got these for my daughter studying final year in uni......very stressful for her, struggling to sleep and concentrate due to lack of sleep, then worrying that she can't concentrate and that didn't help her sleep.
Shortly after taking these, she became more relaxed, started sleeping better, concentration was back to normal and studying longer......she's now a doctor - yes they're worth it!

I've been taking the mega magnesium supplement for a while now and I've noticed a difference in my sleep habits.
I take them at night, around an hour before I go to bed.
Even if I do wake up in the night, I go straight off to sleep again, which is brilliant.
I used to occasionally get restless legs, too, which was really irritating and I'd read that this can be due to magnesium deficiency.
I guess it's true because I no longer get restless legs, either!
I generally feel a lot better with this product. I take the magnesium l threonate, too, along with several other supplements from this company.
