I started to take collagen as I have hypermobility and was finally fed up of body aches and pains! I can't definitively say that my aches and pains have improved --- I have fibro and popped 4 discs in my back as well - but my nails are absolutely amazing !! I have always bitten my nails or worn acrylics to hide the disgrace that they are but I haven't been able to afford them recently; I now have long strong nails ( aside from 1 that seems to be the one I play with more often!) so the only thing that I need to figure out now is how to look after them!
I also ordered some pro biotics but realised too late that they weren't affordable for me - I emailed BS and then returned the order and got a full refund.
Im happy with the supplies and with the service, but I have had to unsubscribe to the emails today as tehre were just too many coming in.

I am very pleased to say, that after having previously tried various turmeric supplements I was pretty Disappointed. I stumbled across British supplements via a Google search, downloaded the app and haven't looked back. I suffer with osteoarthritis. I am currently taking turmeric and mega magnesium. They have both been life changers. I have been able to reduce the dose of Co-codamol and get a decent night's sleep. I also take lions mane for brain fog. Don't waste your time with other companies who promise much and deliver low dose culinary grade turmeric and magnesium full of fillers. My blood pressure has dropped and my heart no longer feels like Its pushing treacle through my veins. I feel like I might be getting my mojo back at last. I have only just started to use the Indian Tumeric Extract so it is possibly a little early to state that I am cured, however I certainly do feel that my hand pain is slightly reduced.I have bought 3 months supply and along with hand exercise I am hopeful of an improvement.
It does what it says on the tin - well sachet. I'm now taking the combination from the information provided for me from customer reviews and the web site. After a few weeks I feel much better in myself.

I have been using the Marine collagen for a full 3 months and re-ordered after a space of 2 weeks .I noticed my knee pain slowly coming back . Needless to say I am back on the collagen and hopefully feel the benefits again .I have also noticed that my skin has improved too.
