My first order of this was approx a month ago. I find these easy to swallow and good value for money.
The effect I'm finding is fabulous, my hair and nails seem to be healthier and my complexion is looking younger( dare I say!) Knowing this is a clean supplement helps in my confidence with the product.

I was recommended British Supplements by a relative. Excellent service and delivery was. I can’t in all honesty say how effective they are as haven’t been taking long enough. This is now my go to company for all my supplements. I bought these and the Bilberry ones for my daughter. She says that the B vitamin have really helped with her energy levels. I’m hoping the Bilberry will help her eyes feel a little less dry, as she works at her laptop for long periods. Anyhow I love everything that this company make, I cannot recommend them enough!
I had tried this for four months taking one a day due to my delicate digestive system. I wasn't sure if it was working or not, maybe subtle differences? However, it was only when I ran out and stopped taking them for over a week that I realised how much they had been working for me - helping me to feel calmer, improving my mood on a daily basis and helping with the horrible leg cramps at night that keep me awake - thank you British supplements!!!!!
After researching what could help with hair loss, I came across DHT blockers and Saw Palmetto can, apparently, function as a natural DHT blocker. I've taken Biotin from BS before, which has helped tremendously with stopping hair shedding and Marine Collagen which has helped strengthen it. I am now trying Saw Palmetto. Judging by the quality of the other two supplements I am confident that this one will have the same brilliant results. Thank you Chris and Team for providing such good supplements.
I always use this site for anything I need so would like to add to these reviews that a family member had to go see a physio and that person recommended purchasing any supplements from your site so I thought that was a very good recommendation, also years ago I went to Good Food Exhibition and was looking at a Health Stall and the chap was from Australia and he said that you wouldn’t be allowed to sell many of the so called ‘Health’ Supplements sold in the U.K. because they are not upto standard in Australia and wouldn’t be allowed.
I started noticing the results short after having them, definitely will buy again

I have been taking vitamin D3 +C for quite a while now and I must say I have had no signes of any illness so far this year every year before I started taking D3×C I always got a chest infection flu colds I have had nothing like so I can truthfully say this works to keep you healthier great stuff please keep up the great work Chris and your team thankyou also for caring about what you do for us the people .

Drinks freshly squeezed orange juice with the B12. Says: “ they helped greatly” for mood and are essential to every cell in the body because it plays a role in making and repairing DNA. It's also needed to make healthy red blood cells which carry oxygen around your body, and ensures the normal functioning of your nervous system.
Also has electrolytes sachets. An expensive brand - with no nasties. Also a strict vegetarian diet since childhood.
I’ve personally taken BS b12 due to a B12 deficiency- plus zinc & vitamin C from BS. Exceptional performance from both of us.
Recently started taking Lions mane, NAC excellent, Q10, magnesium L sulphate. All tip- top. Prefer the smaller capsule size. But understand reasons for the difference. Takes a bit more effort and water in swallowing these.
