I added Magnesium to my stack primarily to help improve heart health but it really is a multi-tasker. I've taken Lions Mane and Astaxanthin for eighteen months now so it's hard to say which has affected what the most..... however the astaxanthin has been of great benefit to my eye health, clearer far vision and less watering of my eyes when outdoors. My hair is much thicker, and I've stopped buying expensive conditioners to improve its condition! Brain fog annoyances are much less frequent now, and I guess that both supplements have a part to play, certainly my short term memory has improved month on month, and even now I'm seeing new improvements, which is just so uplifting. Not a magic cure for depression, but looking back to how I was before, there's definite improvement.
