Ok, ordered ashwaganda just before going abroad, they turned up the day before the flight, so due to reading some reviews saying a small amount of people can have bad sides with them I decided to wait till we returned, got back to uk and started on them, I dont know how long things are supposed to take to happen once you’ve started, but within about two weeks I can honestly say ( also pointed out by the wife) that I am about as calm on a daily basis as I have ever been in my life, honestly for me it’s been a life changer, my stress levels are almost non existent, I used to wake up almost daily with anxiety about my workload, and have a bit of anxiety at work on some of the more challenging jobs, I dont have this any more at all , and due to less stress I have a better libido, and due to I presume having less cortisol I have less body bloat, I held back from buying for a long time due to the sickness etc side effects that I’d heard about, but I wish I’d bought earlier, went with a months supply to test and have just ordered and received a 3 month supply, in fr life with these now 🙏

I took it because I was so desperate to get rif of Dyshidrotic eczema. It was one of the suggestions from one website. It is difficult to know if that helps because I took tons of other things, but from the time I took it, I sort of resolved my recurring UTI and need to go to the bathroom 5 times a night, fo which I am really grateful.

I've been taking this for a few months now and I have noticed that as I work outside I didn't need any sun tan lotion this year? Not even on hot windy days and I'm a man balding with very short hair, I still got a great tan but I didn't burn to the point where it was painful or uncomfortable I just tanned more slowly and didn't peel at all, there is no doubt this helped my skin and my skin feels moist and usually I suffer with dry skin, the added bonus is that I don't need to use nasty sun tan lotion with all the chemicals in it going into my body and I believe that we should get the sun on our skin and get outside as much as possible all year round, one can help but imagine if this can help to prevent skin cancer? No evidence of that probably totally impossible to prove, just to keep big Pharma happy...
Life changing improvements to my finger nails , honestly can’t believe how my nails are growing so well, any white spots have gone . I feel confident again not hiding broken nails. I also have seen a big difference to my IT band pain down both sides of my legs, Regular stretching, massage helps for a small period of time but then the pain returns. Since I added this to my daily supplements routine I am now experiencing hardly any pain . Have also been taking vitamin D3 10000, Clean magnesium clean vitamin B complex B12, and Clean Q10 co enzyme, so I cannot say which one it is , however I know I shall keep taking . I have been taking this for a few months , it’s really good for a relaxing nights sleep ! I always have to get up at night twice to the toilet , I’m 76 but always go straight back to sleep !!
