I gave been taking Magnesium fo the past 6 months and l can say what a difference it's made to my sleep pattern, the quality of sleep is much better, l would highley recommend this product.
These little gems are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I wanted a boost for my collagen, (also a great product) I’m hoping to hold on to my hair, and bone strength as long as possible. I’ve been taking Mega Magnesium for a few months, I take 2 capsules before bed and now have a lovely deep and sound sleep. I have been taking these for a few months now. I am a mature lady and for many years have suffered with insomnia. I was reccomended to take British Supplement magnesium, whilst it seems to make me sleepy i still don't sleep. I think possibly i should try another Mg supplement that you do, which may be better. The NAC helps reduce stomach problems, i have gluten intolerance etc. I think these are well packed good supplements. No problems wuth ordering ir delivery.
