I’ve been ordering from BS for a while now and always found these supplements to be of the highest quality, but I wanted to write about the red clover supplement in particular as it made a huge difference from the first time I took it. Being a woman of ‘that age’ I was suffering from constant hot flushes and generally overheating all the time. This was also disturbing my sleep. These supplements have made a huge difference. Ive been taking this product togheter with turmeric (anti-inflammatory) since i had problem with my back (herniated disc), i have noticed from the time i started to take both products very quick improvement in the pain and movement ability. I did not want to take any mediacations but rather try something natural to seeif that will help and it did.

I have been using Clean NMN for 3 months and I feel like I have more energy, my skin is clearer. I am thinking of changing from my usual Collagen powder I have taken for years to BS, and with all the evidence on creatine I will add that to my list too.

I like the packaging but the seal broke quite early on my NMN so I wasn’t sure if to just fold it over and leave it or transfer to a different container. Decided to leave it in original bag in the fridge.
