I would like to offer my wholehearted recomendation for the above two products from British Supplements that I am using to relieve, what was before, a worsening condition of osteoarthritis in my left hip.
I am a 74 year old male with a lifelong belief in the use of herbs as an alternative to the Big Pharma concoctions ( along with all their multitude of side effects).
For several months now before using the excellent British Supplements I was using another brand of the MSM, also from a reputable supplier, but with mixed results. Some days good, followed by not so good days! When I inspected the “micro ingredients” in the other product I saw immediately the cause of my backward slide into more arthritic pain. I immediately changed to British Suppliments, and their belief in clean uncomplicated products, which I think is the best way to go.
From day one, and going forward now at least two months, the results of using clean MSM and clean Boswellia have been staggering. Within one week the pain had diminished by 50% and then by weekly increments to virtually nothing.
I can now say in total truth after continued use for nearly two months I have no pain whatsoever, at all ! For others, however, where the osteoarthritis is in a more advanced form it may take longer to heal. That’s not to say though that the pain I was feeling months ago was not severe !

Even salmon gets its omega 3 from algae, so why not go to the source itself, and avoid the risk of contamination via farmed salmon? And if you don’t eat salmon by choice and need to get your Omega 3 from plant sources (Chia, Flax etc.) then you have the additional burden that these sources require conversion in the body to get you to where algae already is (EPA, DHA). So for vegans and non-vegans alike, this looks like the optimal source. I am mystefied by comments from reviewers who do not like the smell/ taste. If these don't smell and taste of algae wouldn’t you be concerned they have the goodness taken out of them?
