Lions mane honestly thought I did not see a difference until I stopped taking it as I had run out and found you need a break from it. Wow did I notice a difference. This B complex far exceeds the usual leading brands versions. I have run them all through chat gpt and grok, which confirmed that this B complex is of excellent quality, and that each B vitamin is supplied in the correct amounts. I have gene mutations on MTHFR, MTRR and MTR and the TMG included in this supplement is a very welcome one. Thank you for the methylated versions. I’m very pleased that you don’t include B3 Niacin in this supplement because we all have individual preferences for the type of B3 that we want. I want the flushing type, and most b complexes have the non flushing type. So thank you for making a B complex that works well for me. As my other supplements run out I will be making further purchases from you. Quality is the most important factor when it comes to a supplement !

I suffer badly from Hayfever and found the over the counter remedies did next to nothing except made me feel mildly nauseous and the symptoms continued. Looking at the reviews and getting advice from BS, I ordered Nettleleaf extract and Quercetin.OMG! Within two weeks the watery eyes stopped as did the runny nose and irritating cough. The skin was getting quite sore from the constant wiping.

I took both NAC and Lungwort when I caught a nasty virus end June. I could feel it going to my chest but these two cleared it within days. I’ve heard some people have been ill for weeks with similar virus so I reckon these helped me a lot. I also take NAC as a liver cleanser of general environmental pollutants and also because I have to take painkillers at night due to a slipped disc pressing on sciatic nerve (old injury due to falling off ladder).

I have taken BS D3+K2 for a couple of years my husband had NHS subscription D3 I have persuaded him to try BS D4+K2 capsules as he can see the difference in my capsules to his tablets. Haven’t tried them yet but looks the bees knees and very professionally packed and dispatched lightning fast. Reasonable £ too. What’s not to like? Prefer to support UK business rather than popular brand on higher street owned by big pharmaceutical.
