I was previously taking serrapeptase but couldn’t afford it any more so was looking for an alternative plus anti-mucolytic. Lungwort surpassed my dreams. Lungs been great for ages now since I’ve been on it. Still have a bit of phlegm at the back of my throat on and off but on the whole, lungs are so much better.

Can’t say whether it affected my gut or not as I have IBS anyway but I took Berberine to lower my blood sugar and it did. I stopped it to check and it confirmed it as it rose again. On berberine it lowered it by about 2mmol/l. I didn’t notice any side effects to taking it.

Sent for the Marine Collagen tablets because my fingernail kept splitting following a fractured wrist. Solved the problem and all my nails seem to grow faster than before I started taking them.

I have been using D3 &K2 for 2yrs and have added Boswellia and Triple blend magnesium during those years. My arthritis is no longer restrictive as it once was and no pharmaceuticals involved at all dispite being told I needed them and more or less being scoffed at. I have change my diet,but they tell you that anyway drugs or drugs. I feel that all I have taken of BS products that I have taken have contributed considerable. Thank you keep up the good work

Started this three months ago. F61. Since menopause I was always reaching in my mind for a word and it was frustrating. Within 3 weeks I just stopped and the word was always there. At night I always do a crossword and I would know the answer but could get the word and now the word just is there. It’s hard to explain but my mind is definitely sharper and quicker. My husband 75 is also taking this and he not stumbling over finding words anymore. I messed up my order so had a four day gap and was starting to notice a decline by that last day. I have always got a month's worth in hand. BS sell more than one type and I wouod like more info on which is meant to do what but this one is working for us.

Have been taking Marine Collagen for a few months now as read can help with joint pain. Have had problems with my knees for years and have had a couple of ops for tidy up the cartridge etc. Over the last couple of years I was finding that the pain would return when walking the dog or standing in one place without much movement so thought I would give this a go.
