These supplements were suggested to me to help with my thinning hairloss and excessive hair shedding in a Facebook group for women struggling with hair problems, I've heard of lots of other women using them to reduce the dht hormone on your scalp witch can help with hairloss, I've been taking them for 3 months now and over the last few weeks I've definitely noticed reduced shedding, I've also been taking them with.other supplements like pumpkin seed oil and collagen so it could be a combination of everything, I love that there's no nasty ingredients in these and that there easy to order and arrive when they say they will 😊

Not sure if my previous lifestyle has affected my serotonin levels, but what I can say is that these have improved not only my mood (throughout the day) but my sleep as well.

I've been buying from BS for a long time now & gradually built up an array of supplements that work great for me. I'm 63 & never felt better. What stands out is Lungwort & NAC which together have stopped the wheezing & seriously reduced my need to reach for my daily inhaler. Honestly cant believe the difference these have made. I also take magnesium, tumeric, vit C, vit D3K2, collagen & B12. I've suffered residual pain from multiple broken bones in an an accident some years back & definitely feel a difference there too. I was told some years ago I had slightly fatty liver (nafld). My liver blood results have always been raised and above normal. I am a 68 yr old woman and started taking the Artichoke few months ago.
