Amazing service

Following a blood test at the GP surgery. I was informed my cholesterol was high (7) which came as a surprise because I eat healthy, I’m not over weight and I'm reasonably fit. The Doctor tried to put me on Statins however I told him that I wanted to try to get my own cholesterol levels down before going on medication. This was agreed so I ordered plant Sterols from BS.
Unfortunately, they did not arrive so after contacting Royal Mail several times and getting nowhere, I contacted BS to inform them of the lost package and shortly after I received a new order of the Sterols. Why can’t other businesses offer such a good a service as British Supplements? I wouldn’t buy my supplements from anywhere else. Great products and good service. By the way, this is the first time I’ve had a problem with delivery after using BS for 3 years and it wasn’t their fault.
Anyway, I will report back in 3 months to let you know if, after another blood test, my cholesterol level has gone down.

I take magnesium in the evening. I'm still waiting for a good offer so I don't have to order other vitamins, like iron powder, from another store. For now, I'm taking two tablets (Elemental 167mg). I really like the product and I highly recommend it.

I love Silica and have always taken it for bone health as well as the beauty benefits, but have only recently started taking the BS version, and I know it is having a significant effect - not least because I have, for years, had an annoying split in my nail which, if caught on anything, is extremely painful.
