I'll keep this short and sweet as all anyone really wants to know is, 'do these supplements work"
The answer is proof is in the science.
August 2023 blood test results for B12 reading was 181 ng/L
April 2024 blood test results B12 reading 486 ng/L
I also take ashwagandha and magnesium every evening for aching muscles in my legs and problem sleeping and although there isn't a scientific test to say these are working, I can categorically tell you they do. I know longer take amytriptalin and naproxin which can have some particularly nasty side effects.

Seems to be helping my silent reflux

I’ve been suffering with silent reflux for the past year and started taking Omeprazole last November. Having recently had a gastroscopy and found that there’s no serious underlying problem causing it, I was told to just continue to take Omeprazole TFN. I then discovered that having low stomach acid can actually cause reflux so I wondered about the wisdom of taking a drug that lowers stomach acid. Instead I looked at ways to increase my stomach acid production. Apple cider vinegar and marshmallow root were two of the things that might help. I was concerned about the impact of the cider vinegar on my teeth so wanted a tablet form. I’ve been taking one each of cider vinegar and marshmallow root in a morning on an empty stomach for 3 weeks, together with concentrating on eating slower and properly chewing my food, and they seem to be working. I had to stop the Omeprazole 3 weeks before my gastroscopy and the heartburn, cough and excessive mucus returned immediately so I have something to compare to. Since I started taking these, the cough has gone again, still a little mucus production and only a couple of instances of heartburn. It’s only early days but I’m going to keep going and hopefully things will improve further after a few months.

Put my husband on this last September as he is immunosuppressed because of his psoriatic arthritis. Pleased to say he has sailed through this winter with no problems. His arthritis also seems well under control.
He had 3 jabs (didn’t listen to me!!) and his health has suffered since. So wanted him on vitamin K2 to help detoxify from the spike protein. Have to say he is feeling so much better. Thanks Chris and the team.

Ashwagandha

I’ve been taking Ashwagandha for a few months now mainly because I am in my menopause and I heard it was a good herb to take for the menopause. Obviously everyone is different with their symptoms, but I have found that it helps with anxiety and palpitations. I find it calming, good for stress and it helps with sleep also. As it’s a herb I do take a break every few months for about a month, then restart. Ashwagandha has definitely helped me.
