WOW, honestly I could not be more thankful to British Supplements. For over 6 months now I have been taking lions mane and collagen in a morning and ashwagandha in an evening. I’m 51 years young and going through the peri menopause, and boy has it messed up my sleeping, my brain and my emotions. Thanks to Ashwagandha I’m getting to sleep easier and sleeping through the night with very little disturbance. The lions mane in a morning gives me a clear head and between them I feel calmer and in general less emotional. Someone told me that you should have a break from the supplements every now and again which I tried, the result being I could not sleep and when I did it was really unsettled. I got straight back to taking the supplements and guess what, yes I was sleeping and generally more settled. It’s been a game changer to me.

I have had high cholesterol for over 10 years. I have used diet, exercise and statins. None got it down and the statins affected my muscles so I stopped taking them. I have been taking your plant sterols for 3 months. My overall cholesterol is down as are my triglycerides and bad cholesterol. The good cholesterol is also up! Why do docs still use statins? I am continuing and sure it will get even better. I had proper tests that I paid for to compare through the NHS service. I have not changed my diet. I am 71 and delighted.

I ordered these because I’m deficient in B12, I juice and not getting enough B12. I order a lot from British Supplements and even my partner has products from BS. Very happy with BS. Fully recommend BS.
OK I have MS and have had Cancer. I take collagen for my joints & skin. I take milk thistle as an anti cancer vitamin along with reishi mushrooms, lions , mane,vitamin D+ k vitamin. Vitamin C as an anti oxidant , blueberry , berberine to balance, my suger levels ,quertin for my immune system, boswellia as an anti inflammatory. Resveratrol also for anti cancer. Recently had a CT scan. I have been managing these conditions MS 25 years & lung cancer for nearly 3 years now . I have no proof that these vitamins have helped. But I beleve that they have. I get my CT scan results soon . If it is negative. I shall start taking Invermectin or Fenbendazole. I know British suppliment don't sell these , as they are animal worm tablets. But they have worked for other people. The reason I've mentioned this as I think more people should know about this.

Tried Milk Thistle from another company and spoke to Chris about concerns, the company advertised nothing added but looking at the small print this wasn't correct information. Straight back to my BS Milk Thistle .
I've researched NAC since I have steadily gone downhill since the covid vaccines. Of course, I will only go with Chris's B Supplements and have only been taking it for just over a week. To me, it's a game changer!! Brilliant Do your research, the evidence is out there and outstanding.......seek the truth. I also take Turkey tail, Vit d3, and zinc in the morning and magnesium, ashwaganda, lions mane and lungwort in the evening
