I’ve been taking berberine for almost a year now and I attribute it with my slow, but consistent weight loss. I’ve lost a stone in a year, which to some, may not be much, but I’m happy with it. I haven’t been very strict and have done little to no exercise in this time. Would recommend it.
Clean Genuine Lions Mane Extract + Uptake Blend
I bought it to help me whit to reduce some not good results about my health from GP. At the moment taking them 1x each evening. I am sleeping like a baby after it. Let me see how I will feel after one month.
I notice that when I don’t take my D3 & K2 I lack motivation, feel less energetic and low in mood . As I also take Mega magnesium, I cannot be sure whether the D3/K2 or Mega mag is responsible for my improved sleep.
I definitely recommend marine collagen, I have been taking it for some time now and my skin and nails are much improved, I use this in conjunction with Silica. I always buy from British Supplements as they are quality products.

Brought these 2 products to help with testosterone levels, wanted a decent product with only the purist ingredients and these seem to fit the bill.
I have been taking British Supplements now for three months and my vitamin D levels have gone up from when I first self tested in February, I am having Ankle Fusion Surgery in June so it is vital my vitamin D levels are up which they have gone up significantly since February, I will continue to use the British Supplements products.

This was the second time I ordered Rodhiola rosea capsules. The first time I did a few months ago I was juggling many new activities, things that made happy and I enjoyed, but it felt like my body couldn’t cope with all of them. I had a Pytiriasis rosea flare up for the first time in 10 years. I felt body tired and stressed but wanted to keep going as the new activities were making me really happy and accomplished. I started taking this supplement, first thing the flare up cleared in a couple of days. After a few weeks, I could literally feel like I could take on everything, even if it still felt like “juggling” it felt like my body was more agreeable to go with it and at least give it a try to perform. Now it feels way better I have to say the change is subtle, but I can definitely perceive the effect otherwise I wouldn’t be buying again. I feel like it gives me that small push to keep going despite being sore or tired.
The two times I ordered, delivery was quick and easy. You can tell they handle and pack with care.
I have only just started using this product, but so far seems good. Will extend my review once I have used it for a little longer.
