Any word other than perfect won't do British supplements justice. Every time I've ordered I've received the item(s) very quickly and the packaging is always high quality. I haven't looked into customer service as I've had no issues but I'm sure it's quality as well. Will be buying everything from here moving forward.
I take a variety of supplements from BritishSupplements and I decided to add Marine Collagen because I was taking a liquid version from another brand before and it was expensive and there was too much flashy promotion all the time. I am really only taking it for my joints (sort of inside protection) rather than for hair or nails or skin..BUT…my nails since taking it are growing at a phenomenal rate. Not only that, stretching half way up each nail you can see new white growth. Never seen that before. My hair is growing faster too. So fingers crossed it’s doing something lovely on the inside.

For years I have struggled with my sleep and low energy. Taking sleeping tablets for years that got to a point they weren't helping. I have started taking the magnesium, lions main, vik d3 and k. The magnesium has helped me sleep, it's insane the differnce it has made. The lions main is helping with my focus ( I have adhd). I have been taking other vitamins for years and haven't made the differnce these have. Thank you.

At last I know what I am putting in my body, after doing research on UPF I realised I had cut it out of my food but not my vitamins! I had been taking good (as I thought high st health store) which had maltodextrin in, now I am sure its good for me.
