I’m in my second month of taking this 5-HTP supplement along with ashwaganda, also from this company, and both have greatly helped with my anxiety and depression. So much so that I am no longer taking pharmaceutical antidepressants. Also love how clean the ingredients are. So glad I stumbled upon this company. Can’t recommend them enough.

I have been using the BS approximately three years now with some amazing results.About a month ago I started getting hayfever symptoms along with terribly itchy eyes and skin on my head and face. As I was also going to have a small surgery on my face I was worried that all the itching etc, might bring a risk of infection to the wound by touching the area too often. When I read up on allergies, quercetin seemed to fit in well with what I needed - an allergy, reduce inflammation and risk of infection, help with blood pressure. As it was part of the allergy stack I decided to combine it with nettle and NAC. Well, few weeks later, the hayfever symptoms are pretty much gone, the wound is healing nicely without any signs of infection. II believe that at times the right combination of supplements speeds things up.

I had a blood test at the doctors in December 2024 not good news. The way the doctor was going, I was on death door.😆 glucose levels were high as well as my cholesterol.
