I ended up at the doctors with anxiety but all they did was put me on blood pressure tablets so I did my own research and realised natural supplements were the answer and not manufactured medicine. I went on Ashwaganda to help me calm down, mega magnesium to help with sleep and nerves, zinc for immune and hair, skin and nails and vit D3 and K2. I can honestly say I feel loads better. I haven’t got a bloated feeling any more and sleep loads better. My son put me in touch with British Supplements because he said he’d done loads of research and they came out the best for quality. Agree whole heartedly. Although I spend over £130 every time I order 3months supply it’s well worth it. The saying goes ‘you get what you pay for’! Don’t think twice about buying from here. You have to look after yourself. Our food doesn’t have the right amount of nutrients any more so we have to help ourselves. They do ask you not to write a review until you’ve been taking them for 3 months so they can get into your system so that’s what I’ve done.
Good service and worth paying a little more to ensue that your supplement does not have its benefits reduced by nasty and unnecessary additives
This is the first time I have taken vitamin supplements and actually noticed a difference. So theses work. So far I have tried Biotin Collagen and Vitamin B12. Hair and skin look better and I've shaken off that constant tired feeling. I highly recommend these vitamins.
I have been taking this for sometime 2nd batch of 3months.i have more concentration, clearer thought processes, and much more stamina longer walks, more often, and feel good!

Absolutely love your product what magnesium do you recommend for sleep?
I've been taking 2 capsules daily of the Marine Collagen for about 2 weeks now and have noticed slightly less sagging especially my upper arms. I am now retired and decided to take Collagen after reading about the benefits from various dietitions on the interet. So far I'm pleased with the results, and hopefully my skin will become firmer over time.
I’ve taken other magnesium supplements for a long time. It’s hard to be sure with these things, but I seem to be doing somewhat better on these from British supplements. I am mostly only taking one per day, unless symptomatic with restless legs or migraine. Restless legs are still not 100%, but noticeably less troubling, (a big relief!) and I also feel as if I wake in the night a little less often.
I have a condition called POTS which I have been living with for 9 years. Recently I had an infection and it massively amplified my fatigue. I had been recommended numerous supplements but the ones I was buying I had not noticed a difference with. My Mum introduced me to British Supplements and I am so happy to have found it! I have already started a 3 monthly subscription for Magnesium, Coenzyme q10, vitamin b complex, probiotics, tumeric and vitamin d + c. Currently it is too early to really see the benefits of taking them however I have great faith!

Hi all. This is my first review. I have been taking this Magnesium from the start of my ordering before the summer and have found my sleeping pattern to have been adjusted almost immediately. I had been having broken sleep. Two of these before bedtime appears to have helped greatly. I did try the Mega 3 blends however I have returned to the Glycinate. Maybe return to the Mega 3 blend at a later date for variety of Magnesium. I have tried some of the other supplements with varying results and I am still testing. Thankyou to all the staff for quality service.
