I've got these csuse I've heard they get your cholesterol down and I've tried getting it down by eating healthy and I don't want to go on statins this is my 2nd packet I feel a lot fitter but I don't know if they've helped reduce my cholesterol cause I haven't had a blood test yet any feedback on these stanols and cholesterol would be much appreciated gaz
Have used these for a number of months now, and biggest difference is the strength of my nails... no more splitting and peeling! My nails have actually grown, and are so much stronger. I would say that my skin is better also, smoother and clearer.
