Finally changed from filler full extra large 1000mg lozenge shape Vitamin C that I had to chop up to swallow to the lovely pure capsules with premium Acerola Cherry. I definitely think it's more potent, and don't need as much vitamin C as I did previously did to get rid of colds or infections.
I purchased this for the first time about a month ago, mainly to improve my gut health after having to take antibiotics for a UTI. After taking it for a month I hope it has improved my gut health I did not suffer any side effects it is a superior product compared to others due to having 133 billion cultures plus no fillers or preservative. Would definitely re purchase if needed.
I have been taking nmn for about 3 months now and every day I feel better and better. I started to feel the affect after about 5 weeks. I sleep like a baby and have loads of energy during the day. I take a few supplements from British Supplements and I take recommend them highly enough. I am 70 years old but feel so much younger. My son also takes the nmn and he loves it too. It is a bit pricey but I will keep taking it as long as I can afford it. Thank you Chris and your team for everything you do.
The whole family takes Vitamin D3&K2, we wouldn’t be without it. Makes a massive difference and is essential especially for the long UK winter season that lacks sunshine. Love these supplements as they have no rubbish fillers.
I take this with lungwort to ease my asthma, and have definitely noticed an improvement, particularly while shaking off a chest infection after a bad cold. So relieved this has shortened recovery time.

A sufferer of extreme insomnia secondary to postpartum depression for 30+ years...I was browsing after taking other supplements from BS and saw these. I'm not exaggerating one bit-valerian acid has replaced my benzo which I'd take every night to sleep. I am free from heavy benzos!!!!! I take this along with many other supplements from British Supplements to keep me fit and healthy. The grandchildren constantly have colds which mainly pass me by but if I do pick up something it is mild and very short lived.

I turned to BS in desperation when I was diagnosed with Hashimotos. All my GP could offer was generic medication which he couldn't guarantee would be free from fillers, even worse the fillers could change with each batch!
I started with Vit D & K, within a few weeks I noticed a massive increase in my mental and physical energy. Unfortunately my body seems to have adapted to this ... I might need to increase the dose?
Around the same time I added Magnesium Glycinate at night, again great results, sleep improved and I felt much more refreshed and rested upon wakening. I have since changed to mega magnesium and while it's working, it isn't working as well. I'll change back to Magnesium Glycinate when I re-order.
Next I added collagen and vit c. Amazing results!!! I've had life long paper thin nails ... but not anymore! My skin especially my face is plumper, areas of cellulite are less pronounced on my thighs and upper arms. My hair is shedding less and is in much better condition. Another bonus; longer and thicker lashes! I've recommended to friends of similar age (55) and they have had the same results.
I also take BS Plant Sterols to lower my cholesterol (another symptom of Hashimotos!). I haven't had a blood test to check if they're making a difference yet, but I'm hopeful! I'll report here when I get results.
In recent weeks I have started to take BS Zinc and L-Carnitine. Much too early to review, but will post a review after three months. There are other supplements thought to support symptoms of Hashimotos which I hope to introduce (gradually) over the coming months, for example, Vitamin B supplement.

Customer service always very good. I took vitamin c along with vitamin d and nac. I was suffering with severe congestion, mainly in the ears, but also in the throat area which had lingered for two weeks. After taking the supplements for a couple of days I noticed an improvement in the symptoms; mucus thinner and easier to clear. Still improving but tiredness is lifting and hearing is returning.
