An improvement in my health!

Good afternoon,

10 days ago I ordered hydrolyzed marin collagen. I have ordered this before and I found that my skin is beginning to look younger and my hair has become thicker sinc taking them. It is light on the stomach with no allergic reactions. Now that this has happened I have spread the word to friends and family members as they are now seeing the difference in me. I will be ordering more.

Took a week before seeing some sleep benefits. Now taking one tablet before bed, 2 makes heart race. And Im only little. Often work odd hours (horse racing) long days made me tired, fatigue caused heart arrhythmia, took bisoprolol as a pocket remedy. Bisoprolol interfere with melatonin..a vicious circle. Haven't taken any bisoprolol since taking 5htp...not needed

very happy with vitamin c and d combo

I’ve been a long standing customer of BS and recently noticed that the vitamin C and the vitamin D that I’ve been taking separately come as a combination. I essentially won’t go through September to April without taking this, alongside eccinachea and zinc as the combo is a miracle. I went from someone who would catch every office bug that was going and would be unwell for weeks at a time to someone who rarely gets sick and on the rare occasions I do, it’s short lived. The other thing is that when I started, I had a leftover cough that I wasn’t really able to shift but over a course of time on the supplements it went away. So I highly recommend and have recommended to lots of people I know.

Made a difference

Helpful supplement

The milk thistle I have been taking for the last few months has stopped what I refer to as fatty stools and also has stopped the regular acid reflux episodes that I was continually having. My stomach is much settled and I feel much better in myself. It will be interesting to see what my blood work shows when I next have it taken.
