Started taking Vit D3 and K2 about 3 months ago and just recently I noticed that the consistent and painful achy hips and glutes pain has gone away...I was struggling even to get out of the car without making old lady noises! Additionally, I'm taking Clean Berberine and have a lost a few pounds which I think is down to them. Glucosamine sulphate
