So many health issues cured

At 76, after spasmodically buying other brands of supplements I found BS. With high blood pressure and pre-diabetes i was determined to get away from GP prescriptions. About 3 months after taking Vit D +K3 and Mega-Magnesium, the following:
Swollen ankles, feet: gone.
Night leg cramps: gone
Occasional constipation: gone
Bloated, after meals and at night: gone
Acid Reflux: gone
Occasional insomnia: gone
Result: more energy, alert. Recently I've added zinc, biotin and collagen and B complex. I work closely with youngsters who bring all the latest bugs to me yet I never catch anything now. Highly recommend this company.

Second order of clean slippery elm

I feel these have help my acid reflux 95%. It’s such a relief to find something natural that works. I’m still on my PPIs but hope eventually to stop taking them. I have had Eosinophilic Oesophagi's most of my life so finding something that helps is great!

Magnesium is such an amazingly important and major mineral, it can be hard to quantify its benefits. No sweat!..

3 years into Menopause, day and night sweats were becoming unmanageable - high Street sage capsules worked well until menopause went into overdrive, the sweats ramped up and 4 capsules a day were not working at all!! Cue British Supplements - 4/5months of clean sage and no menopausal sweats whatsoever. I take 2 at the moment ( 1 after lunch and 1 after dinner) but plan to try 1 a day quite soon. For me it took a good month to work and in that time overhauled my health, eating and exercise. but it was worth the wait.

2 months of cough medicine did not get rid of cough- 2 weeks of Lungwort, twice a day, did. I also take Natural Vit C,Vit D 3 + K, Super Zinc because my doctor said I should now summer is over . Find Magnesium L Threonate excellent to send me asleep and to prevent night leg cramps but too strong - I am asleep the next day too, Wish BS would make a half strength version of this.

The best collagen

One of the benefits of taking clean genuine hydrolysed marine collagen is that it seems to help prevent my rosacea flare ups. It’s now the main reason I take it, if I stop taking it, which I do occasionally, my rosacea comes back. British Supplements really are the best, I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else.

Excellent product 👍, I've been using it for 4 months now along with other supplements from Chris.
4 years into menopause, not taking HRT and I have found the magnesium has helped me and those around me lol with my mood swings, my sleep is much better and I have noticed I no longer have night cramps in my legs. Excellent product, I will continue to use magnesium from British supplements. I also take Clean collagen, for my skin, nails, hair and joints, and also plant sterols for my cholesterol which went high with menopause my doctor approved of the plant sterols (they wanted to put me on statins) I will be have a blood test in 2 months time to check my cholesterol. I am feeling good, I do exercise, I eat well and regularly check my blood pressure which is good 👍. I find buying the two or three month deals better as it keeps me disciplined to take them.
