I have only been taking mega magnesium for 10days. I feel they are making a big difference. I am also taking vitamin D3 +K2 with vitamin c. I feel brillant. I wouldn't hesitiate to recommend British Supplements. Very good products.

I waited to write a review until I had used Magnesium with L-Threonate for 2 months. I have to say I was sceptical at first but after taking the magnesium for 6 weeks I began to notice several things. One being my sleep. I found the sleep I am now experiencing is deeper and I wake refreshed. I still have a few nights when I struggle to sleep but nothing like it was before I tried the Magnesium L-Threonate. The other thing I have noticed is a massive reduction in foot cramps I now have little to no cramps in my feet. I can only put this down to the magnesium. Oh, I don’t know if this is due to the Magnesium but my hair has more body.

Have been using sterols for a good few months now, having cholesterol tested in June, after reading great reviews on these I’m hoping my next review is just as good, my sister is taking them as well, both hoping for a good outcome , great company. Will post again after test.

I've been using the British supplements for a while now. I've been taking green lipped muscle (not from their company) for a few years, to help with my muscles and joints. Although it helped I was still in quite a bit of pain, then I came across the clean collagen from British supplements. I can honestly say it's changed my life! I no longer wake up in pain, I can do more manual labour and not ache for days after. My hair falls out less when washing it, which was a nice surprise and the dark bags under my eyes have reduced dramatically. I didn't think it was going to work as well as it has and certainly didn't expect all the benefits I've noticed in my body. Now I can't stop recommending it to all my family and friends or anyone with muscle and joint pains.

Just had to leave a review for the Turmeric. Knee arthritis has been bothering me for a few years now. Injections didn't help and actually left it more painful. Decided I had nothing to lose trying Turmeric. After just a few days, the pain had disappeared. I am totally amazed! I can run on the treadmill again, which I had to stop a few months ago.
My daughter, who has ankle pain decided to try them, and they are also helping her too. I had initially purchased a month's supply, but just ordered 3 months as I don't want to be without them.
