I recently bought the lab made vitamin c, in particular for the higher dose that it has. I bought it to take alongside collagen which I also buy from British supplements, to aid in the collagen absorption and to stabilise it. Another factor was to support my immune system. I buy several different supplements including vitamin D3 and K2 10,000iu, mega magnesium, zinc, ( tip: don't take zinc and collagen at the same time as they compete for absorption, take a couple of hours apart if possible) vitamin B complex, berberine, turmeric, to name a few. I have to say that as a 53 year old woman in menopause my skin has never felt better than it has since taking my personal combination of collagen, vitamin c, hyaluronic acid, zinc, and omega 3. My skin has become very soft and smooth, and wrinkles have definitely reduced. I buy 99% of my supplements from BS because of the ethos of the company and Chris's dedication to providing only the very best. I take no prescription medications and aim to keep it that way through researching prevention and taking quality supplements instead.
